PasswordGenerator operates with zero data collection. All password generation happens locally in your browser. We cannot see, store, or access any passwords you generate.

How PasswordGenerator Works

  1. Client-Side Generation: All password generation uses the Web Crypto API in your browser
  2. No Server Communication: The tool works entirely offline after initial page load
  3. No Storage: Generated passwords are not saved anywhere unless you explicitly copy them
  4. Open Source: Our code is publicly auditable on GitHub

Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services:

  • Cloudflare: For DDoS protection and CDN (they cannot see generated passwords)
  • GitHub Pages: For hosting (static files only, no server-side processing)

Security Measures

  • HTTPS encryption for all page loads
  • Subresource Integrity (SRI) for external resources
  • Content Security Policy (CSP) headers
  • Regular security audits

Your Rights

Since we don't collect any data, there's nothing to request, modify, or delete. You have complete control over your generated passwords.

Children's Privacy

PasswordGenerator doesn't collect data from anyone, including children under 13. The tool is safe for users of all ages.
